Renting out land/property

I want to rent out a house on my land, how do i go about getting the little boxes that sit outside rented houses? They usually either say how many days a tenant has left or click to rent.

Is it as simple as putting one of the boxes out the front or is there more that i must do?

If i have posted this in the wrong place feel free to point me in the right direction...

Everyone has their favourites, but you can't do much better than putting "hipporent" into search in SL or on SLX.
