Hi
I'm developing a work flow for producing sculptie shoes using Rhino & Zbrush.
Using a nurbs sphere it is possible to create quiet organic forms in Rhino certainly good enough for shoes, however to get the most realistic creases, stitches and folds Zbrush takes my models that little bit further.
The problem is how obj2culpt deals with the exported .obj file from Zbrush. It reads it fine but exits claiming 256 bad pixels, when I check out the bmp file the faulty points corespond to line 1 & 128 in other words the two polar points.
I guess I shouldn't be surprised, others on this forum have discussed this area and this would appear to be another issue with the closed sphere approach to modeling.
Anyway, does anyone have any ideas for a work arround, or maybe a tweak to the code is all that's needed?
Hope someone can help me!
