Any way to fix/harden an item bent into a shape by using "flexible path" part of the editor ingame?
and in that case how?
(am trying to make arched chair legs)
Thanks

not really
depending on the exact shape you're trying to get, you may be able to use a torus. otherwise you would probably need to use sculpties _____________________

I am not sure what the first part of your question refers to exactly.
However probably the easiest way of making an arch is to rez a cylinder and cut it in half vertically, hollow it to desired amount, then adjust the width, and there you go. ![]() _____________________

You simply can not use flexi prims (the "flexible path" characteristics) to make rigid parts for furniture. Flexis are a client-side effect, intended to make swaying cloth skirts and swishy cat tails, flags and banners, and trees that gently sway in the breeze. They don't look the same at the same time to all users, and they are never actually bent the way you see them.
To make a curved chair leg, you would use a section of a cylinder, or a torus, or a tube prim. Play with the path cut and profile cut and hollow options, and you can create some truly amazing shapes, including what looks like a parabolic arch. A "sculpted prim" can be used to make shapes that are impossible with normal prims, like a one-prim cabriole table leg. But it takes an external 3D modelling application to make sculpted prims. _____________________
