In light of this:

Darkwood (as well as most other themes) will be going through some revisions.
Currently we have a confirmed 8 people to buy half the sim. Our goal is to buy the whole sim - 16 people or preferably more (to lower the cost for everyone).
What does this really mean?
We are looking for people who thought DarkWood was too restrictive but want a fantasy themed environment, and are willing to buy a significant portion that 1/16th a sim.
How much does 1/16th a sim cost?
By my estimate - $12,288 + $2,304 (tax). That is $14,592 intially, $2,304 weekly.
What if I can't afford that much?
If you are still interested, each little piece bought helps.
If we get more than 16 people, then the price drops for everyone of course.
But what does this mean for DarkWood?
Assuming we manage to get an entire sim here is the plan.
The land will be divided into four regions. Each region will be controlled by a unique faction. One region will be darkwood. Here are ideas for the other three:
- A castle. A large castle, towers, serfs, soldiers, whatever.
- Elfs. Lots of trees and magic and elfish things.
- Evil. Goblins, Orcs, Evil wizard towers, whatever.
- Undead. Worse than evil?
- Got an idea?
There will be much more space, no primitive limits, no script limits. And obviously much more flexibility. It will still be themed, this isn't an invitation to join us then build a roller skating rink.

If you are interested please contact me, Ama Omega, in game. I am compiling a list of people and trying to make sure it all goes as smoothly as possible.

- Thanks, Ama Omega.
