Prim efficiancy???

I remember there being a prim effecient way of making stairs and I cant find the forum where I saw the instructions on how to make 2 stairs out of one shape, would someone be so kind as to help me with this, if you have any other prim efficient ideas you would like to share it would be greatly appreciated.
