Is any land terraformable?
and
I know that a 512m2 plot of land allows only 117 prims. Would that include the things people would wear on the land? Like, hair made up of 100 prims, for instance.

Just two questions that I have...about land:

Heyo Nimue... let's see.
Just about all land in SL that can be resident-bought is terraformable, with the exception of some... er... exceptions I don't know about yet (like city sims? not sure). Private islands are +/- 100 m, most of the new sims are +/- 4 m, older sims tend to be in the +/- 40 m range, and Avalon is an oddity cuz it's +/- 20 m.
