Here's my problem:
I have an object composed of several prims.
I edit the object and edit its "linked" parts individually.
In edit mode I try to increase or decrease the size of the prim I am individually editing using the increase/decrease numbers under X,Y,Z; however by this method, the new size of the individual prim is not kept, as soona s I switch to another part to edit, the one I was working on returns to the original size it was before change.

So far the only way I have been able to shange the size of prim or prims in linked objects is by stretching it using ctrl+shift, isn't this kind of dumb? after all, the use of the number console is more precise and more exact, but irks me being unable to change the size that way the way I want.

Any ideas on this are welcome.
Thank you all.

Unfortunately, the only workaround I've found for this is to unlink the object, edit the individual prim, then relink the whole mess. Individual edit mode is great if you're able to drag with the mouse, but it doesn't seem to work at all if you're building by the numbers.
