I built a nice sized house that needs to go in a small box - but of course the pieces are too big to link all together.

What is the name of a product that will help me pack? Something with an easy to rez system?

I am sure this has been asked 100's of times - but i cant find an answer.

There are a few different variants on the market. The one I use (and is free) Is called Builders Buddy and was created by Newfie Pendragon.

Its pretty simple to use, and is menu driven. You can read more about it here

Rez Faux (I think this is the name) is another that comes to mind.

*edit*

I took so long finding the thred, I got beaten to answer first! Lol Good luck with the boxing up!

I use Rez Foo myself. It works flawlessly.

I've heard good things about the others, but Rez Foo is the only one I've actually used.

also unmentioned was jack-in-the-box, which may be hard to search for because jack hawthor (creator) doesn't list it in his store ads (but it's there along with some interesting vendors and other gadetry)
