Sim RAW file access

I'm doing terraforming for a friend's sim. We can't seem to figure out how to give me access to allow me up upload new RAW files as needed during this development process. I have all of the other rights to the land but this. It's a pain as he has to be around for me to up load and test the new files.

What are we missing on getting me access to this part?

You are missing the fact it can not be done.

Only the sim Owner can upload RAWs.

Its a serious PITA. :(
