If there's a good deal of water in the new sim(s?), people could set up shops in a series of submarines. They'd probably be oversized Russian subs (Oscar II, or the Typhoon, both having wider than normal bodies, good for floor space) and linked by pontoon bridges. Insides would be made out of "glass" and people could make various underwater objects (like fish and a coral reef, etc.), lol. Not sure there is any desire for this, but i enjoyed making my own reletively uncomplicated sub, and figured it would make a good underwater building for anyone interested. If you are, keep in mind. The subs have to be pretty big, and cannot really be linked into one object. My own (too narrow for any sort of mall) is two pieces.

why cant it be linked? Cant you link part of it, then move around and link the other part, then link it together ?

It can be linked, to a point. The best i could do (before the whole thing went to "pieces" on me) was 50 x 50 for the Dante, although I'd limit it to 40 x 40 (4 squares of 10 x 10). It also seems to break up with more complex objects, so the max size per linking goes down. Im not sure if this is ajust a glitch w/ me, but the larger objects i build (more pieces at anyrate) the more often i "break" them.

lol, they probably do, but that way, when somebody asks, why arnt the pieces set right, blame it on budget cuts in the maintenance department
