When the server was down yesterday, I decided to dig into the sculpties a bit, and decided to make a simple sculptie previewer in processing (free to download). http://www.xs4all.nl/~elout/sculptie/(warning Java applet) I just started second life last week, and was amazed by a lot of friendly people that helped me around, on building and scripting tips. Thats why i`m posting this thread, to give something back. Note! The viewer is far from finished, second if you want to preview your own sculpties currently you have to download processing to run it, and you might have to alter the code (name of the image), since i didnt added a filechooser yet. So not really usefull for people that afraid of coding themself.

Hi Cel, You might want to check out the 3d Software Guide on the SL wiki, which includes listing for some other offline previewers including one in Java. Feel free to add yours to the list if someone else doesn't first!

Thanks Elle, but the program was not really userfriendly yesterday. Anyway I updated it just now, added a filechooser, and currently 3 different rendermodes. Dowloads available for Windows, MacOsx and Linux. http://www.xs4all.nl/~elout/sculptie/
