Great Pyramids. Have you seen them in SL?

I was wondering if anyone has yet built a copy of the Pyramids. I would LOVE to see them built to scale just like the Saturn5 and other rockets over in the spaceport. Anyone know if this has been done yet?

If by "to scale" you mean 1-1, then no, I don't think it's been done. The Great Pyramid itself, at 229M per side on the base, would cover almost an entire sim. To include the other two, you'd need several sims. To do them all, you'd obviously need land the size of Egypt, and the whole of SL is not that big.

If you mean to a scale less than 1-1, people do build pyramids all the time. I'd be suprised if none were to the proportions of those at Giza. It would be cool to see them with acurate interiors though. That's something I don't think has been done.

While we're talking Egypt, if someone were really ambitious with money to spend on enough land, I'd love to do an acurate model of the Valley of the Kings some time. KV-5 and Tut's tomb in particualr would be a lot of fun to replicate.

I've seen a couple of different sim sized pyramid rezzers, but they were more about playing around with scripting than building an accurate well textured build.
