use llSetPrimitiveParams PRIM_TYPE_SCULPT
and you can change the sculpt map

Jolly, this is a very general question. Try to make a more precise one.

Also, try to search through this Forum and the Wiki, and google and youtube. There are lots of tutorials out there. Then, you can ask specific questions here when you need more help.

Animated sculpties are somewhat difficult.

You need a 3D modeling tool, a way to bake the images on them, and then a script to change the sculpt maps in a carefully timed way.
