Hello there, Someone asked me to do designs for Tshirts. He owns a little store. I am wondering what should be the permissions, since I have to give him a tshirt done. Of course I dont want he modify (colors) so he can make several tshirts from one. Also, I dont have idea how much I can sell designs (in fact lay-outs) for tshirts. For the actual shirt - make it so next user has rights to:
Copy - Yes
Modify - No
Transfer - Yes

Price, I have no idea, depends on so many things like whether it's a totally original design that you have created or something you have used your computing/photoshop skills to transfer onto a tshirt. It's up to you to place a value on the item and negotiate a suitable price.

For the design - no way of protecting the actual graphic so keep hold of that...
