I'm sure there is a logical and sane way to do this, but I am clearly too retarded to figure it out.....
I do landscaping.
One of my clients has asked to have everything owned by him when I am finished. I have no problem with this, however, the challenge of selling 400 prims worth of trees, plants, structures, pathways, waterfall, etc. is a rather daunting proposition since most of it is unlinked and cannot be linked (Linden Trees, etc..) All the items are set to the group. What is the best way to transfer everything into my client's ownership?
Thanks!!!

Well if you are too retarded to figure out an easier way so am I! I am afraid the only way is to set each for sale for L$0, my only caveat is that you can not set to a specific person, so the buyer should be online at the same time to keep someone else from buying them.
This is the way I have had to transferl my landscaping, and also to buy builds from others.

But it would take immense trust...
You have to take ownership of the land.... then just sell it to him and use "sell objects with land". I have done this a few times and it works well. Even in a situation where the land is group owned... just get him to buy it...then re set it to the group.
