Terrain files for the default islands

When you buy an island, you can choose one of four (or so) default terrains.

Can someone tell me where I could find those, or send me one? In particular, I want the one that is pretty square.

Contact the Concierge. If you own a sim, they will be happy to send you the .raw file to work with.

Alas, I do not own an island. Nonetheless, I am interested in creating islands. SL support says they will not send me the .raw files.

So, are there any island owners out there who can send me the .raw files for the default islands? I am not looking for copyright violations. Is that the problem? If not, I would be grateful.
