how to import Maya objects into Second Life

Hi,
I need to import Maya objects into Second Life virtual world(for example:am going to create one building using Maya,then I have to import that building into my second life`s land,if it is possible or not).Already I ve read your many sites about that.But am not get clear idea about that..So,please tell me how to import that Maya objects into SL.I need more details ,that are follows.

*How to import Maya objects into SL?(from basic step itself)
*What are the tools or plugins available for that?
*What is the price lists?
*If any free plugins are available for that,tell me?
*I need A to Z explanation for that.

that I know of, there are no tools other than sculpty to export objects from maya, if there is, there is a good chance you will have to rebuild your building using emulated SL prims in maya as they do in 3ds

Free plugins, not a chance. There's some on slexchange.com. I hear both good and bad about them. It's hugely limited, you can't cut or hollow anything, no textures, basically only solid untextured prims are all you can import 3rd party. I really don't see the benefits. Definately for sculpt maps and baked 3D textures, not prims, it's far too limited.
