hi hello,

i found some threads about the bvh -> prm importer. What can it does? Can an object do a bvh animation?

BVH is an animation protocol. It animates an avatar. It can't do anything to prims as far as I know, so this makes no sense to me.

The question could have been better worded, so I see why it's hard to understand, Ceera. I believe what Robo is try to ask is can a character model made out of prims be animated by BVH. As far as I know, the answer is yes, but it takes a Jeffrey Gomez caliber genius to make it happen. Jeffrey posted about his trials with it a while back if memory serves.

Or you can use my AniMaker, an in-world animation recording system for everything (creature or mechanism) created with prims.
