I have made a pair of glasses and now i want to shrink them down, but i am unable to using the stretch facility.
is there a way that i can do it as i have got them how i want them and linked together and dont want to unlink them and change them by hand.
also is there any prims that can not be shrunk down for any reason.
any help i really appreciated

The smallest size a prim can be in any direction is .01M. If you've got one more prims in your glasses that are already that size, then you won't be able to shrink the whole thing. There are tricks you can employ to make prims appear to be smaller than .01M (see the sticky at the top of the forum on making "tiny prims"  , but their actual physical size can never get any smaller than .01. You're going to need to use a different method to build your glasses.
