Possibly a dumb question, but here goes - is there any way to have a flexprim join to a fixed object at each end, so both ends of the flexprim are in a fixed position but the middle moves around according to the settings? I figured instead of giving myself even more of a headache trying to figure it out, I'd might as well ask and see if it's even possible.

If there's no way to do this, can anyone think of a way to emulate this behavior?

Nope, you can't do this Just off the top of my head, perhaps you could fake it by applying forces in opposite directions so they meet in the middle? In fact, I'm gonna try that right now

Doesn't really work, as soon as they move it breaks. You could probably get away with doing that just to have them wobble a bit, but not for any serious movement.
