i notice that there's the base missing, so when i wear it they don t fit properly. Now if i would like to sell the shoes i make, how can i give my client a base shoe, like the ones i buy in shop?

Take a look at the first part of Natalia Zelmanov's tutorial on making prim heels, posted at http://www.mermaiddiaries.com/2007/01/day-101-creating-prim-shoes-part-2.html. I know your aren't making prim shoes, but the base is independent of the shoe. It's basically a way to hide the really ugly heel on your av.
