I just bought a house and placed it on my parcel, btu it seems the floors doesn't allign well and I want place the floors on the right height, tho this house is all connected in a group. How do I un-group this so I can change it. The house is modefy-able and copy-able, so in case of error, i can re appear it  Can somebody explain it to me

in edit mode on the house select the option to edit linked parts then click the one you want to adjust and do your adjusting

But now I encountered a new problem. It seems i can't copy parts, tho it's fully copyable. I tried to extent a wing, and yes i have enough prims) so i basicly wanted to copy a part of the house next to it. But it keeps it places back, there is enough space and according to the house, it's fully modefy-able and copy-able. can somebody help me out.
