I saw a fairy that was very small and not crushed like the tineys. It was $1400L

It was a perfect small person about a head high, and not distorted.

How do they do that?

Just curious.

My first guess, without seeing it, is that the avatar is still crunched up in a ball somewhere, but hidden by an invisaprim. Maybe a few meters above the fairy. The visible avatar could be either a particle image or a small sculpty statue. I'd be willing to bet the arms and legs don't move, and that it just flies around, maybe moving its wings.

Actually, I have this avatar, and Ceera is partially correct. You wear a 'scrunched' shape, an animation shoves you some number of meters underground, and you wear an attachment that is the fairy. You also wear invisiprims. The fairy's wings flap, and it is scripted to have different outfits, skins, eyes, hair styles and maybe even positions, I forget.

There are both male and female versions, and they are available as avatars or shoulder pets. I believe they come with a couple of dances, but otherwise simply move around with you as you walk, fly, etc.. The ones I have predate sculpties. They are notrans.
