HUGE BUILDING AN CAMERA!! ->> ??

I am righ now building a building:-)) That are as large as 8 10*10 long and 5 10*10 - and I have problem with seeing it all as my ”camera” dont allow that..

Next problem are that the building are so huge (large) that i can click and mark al block in a row..


Is this a bug or what??

Any solution how to do it...

Link it seams not possible.. grrrrrrr...


So... what do you do all proos??

Try building smaller, to scale, and then after it's all linked you can drag it big.

If you build at 1m to every 10m final size for example, will let you link past the (what is it 25? 30? meter) link limitation.

1m prim/1m prim/1m prim Linked becomes 10m/10m/10m If this isn't making sense grab me when I'm in world, I'll show you, take 2 minutes and you'll be rocking!

This will also help with camera limitiations.

Oh, and if it's somethign already huge, if you can stand inside it, in the middle, you might have a better chance at looking at the whole object, as you'll cut the distance in 1/2 or something like that depending upon the shape, of course.

you dont have to link them all at once.

if its so big link part 1 to part 2 , then link that new part to the one next to it, and so on and so on.

alternatively you could fly above it and probably select the whole thing from a birdseye view with the selector dragging tool.
