I wondered if there are any mudbox users out there. Ive just begun using it and am blown away by its RL potential to expand my work, but I'm interested in talking to anyone who's used it as part of the sculpty making process. Id love to hear from you here or in SL.

From what I've seen so far, its got a quick learning curve, very intuitive tools and GUI, and the sculpting tools are unbelievable. Its what Zbrush should be, and easier.

I seek enlightenment, to become one prim with the multiverse.

I've never used it, but I'm certainly curious about it. It looks impressive, even if maybe a bit overly specialized.

It sorta looks like Autodesk is trying to produce its own version of zBrush.

I need to download the trial of it. zBrush's interface can die a thousand deaths.

Seems to be exactly that, Reitsuki. Its strictly modeling, though. Zbrush is much more capable for painting UV maps, etc. for baking out.

Mudbox was developed independently by Skymatter Limited in NZ, and Autodesk bought them out. (What won't they buy?)
