What do you mean by "offline editor"?

If you're looking to edit textures, most people do that in Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, or GIMP.

If want to edit animations, that can be done in Poser, DAZ Studio, Maya, or in any number of resident-created animation programs (many of which can be found referenced on the animation forum).

If you're looking for Jeffrey Gomez's offline building tool (Prim Blender), it's here.

If you want to edit avatar shape settings, that can't be done offline.

If you want to edit land, that can't be done offline either, unless you own an island, in which case the terrain RAW file can be edited in Photoshop.

If you want to edit sounds, there are thousands of programs for that. I use Adobe Audition. Lots of people use Acid Pro, SoundForge, or Gold Wave.

I think that covers just about everything editable for SL.
