Rotation resets

Has anyone else seen the rotation numbers auto-adjust themself when rotating a prim by typing in the numbers?

It doesn't happen when I'm rotating by hand, but only when I'm typing in the rotations by hand.

Example prim:

X: 180
Y: 272
Z: 0

So I go to the Y field and type 270 and hit TAB.... and it ends up:

X: 0
Y: 270
Z: 270

and the prim DOESN'T ACTUALLY rotate the X to 0 until I make a second edit, and then it flips back to the 0!!!!

Has anyone else seen this?!?!
