Not sure if this is possible but I'd like to hollow out a landscaped mountain to put a cave in there. Can this be done?

I've only seen it done with a basement and the person who did that had a tool for lowering but that wasn't a full hollow as such. I'd like to go in from the side if that makes sense, cave style. :)

*sigh* if only we could, this is impossible unfortunatly

if you travel around to the various mines and caves (like i do :D)and have a look you will see most the time the floor and part of the walls are terraformed but the roof is prim.

Svarga (grendals children) is one of my favourite caves, look for the sim and make sure your on the ground, it might take a bit of searching as there are 4 sims there but you'll soon find a hole and a large cave underneath

have fun :)
