Hi Everybody,
Looked all over but couldn't find any info regarding this.
Is it frowned upon to build items which have the SL hand logo and sell them?
For example mugs, hats and other memorabilia?

I think so, you might want to speak with a linden on the topic. Torley probably knows which Linden specifically is the person to speak with.

It certainly wouldn't hurt to ask a Linden, but my experience has been that it's fine. Most of my inworld brand logos and group logos incorporate that hand symbol in one way or another. I've had lots of Lindens as customers (including Phillip), so I know they've seen it, and no one's ever complained about it.
That's a little different than mugs and hats and stuff that are using the actual SL logo by itself, so you probably should ask. _____________________
