Is it possible to prevent someone from looking through a wall or window then selecting and object inside the otherwise secure building, then right mouse clicking and selecting "Sit here" allowing them to enter the building?

They can no longer to that on an unscripted prim. But if there are any furnishings with a scripted sit target, you can't prevent their entry, no.
You would need to also have a security orb that could eject and ban them if they were inside. The Omega Security System is one option that will allow you to define a rectangular perimiter independant of parcel boundries, so people could walk outside that rectangular room unmolested, but within the room they would be ejected from the parcel and banned by name within 10 seconds of breaking and entering.

What about using the camera angles to peer into a building.
I haven't found ANTYHING to prevent this. is there something that can be done to prevent a person from removing the Camera Restrictions and then entering your house?

It's not a house, it's only pixels on your monitor...

To prevent people entering houses with scripted sit targets (seats, tp, etc.) which are in linked prims of a prim set (non root), add a teleport script to the root prim. This script should contain a basic sit-tp, actually tp-ing people out of the house again.
The flipside of this is that somebody accidentily clicking beside a linked tp/seat will be automatically removed from the house.
On using camera to 'snoop', there is nothing to prevent this right now, except by owning a private sim which can be set to non-public. (Which is kind of a pricy solution)

Buy a whole private sim, and make it non-public. Then only the people who are members of the approved sim access groups can see or enter the sim. Anyone not in the approved access group can't see that it exists. I just moved to a sim that is set up this way - which I share with three other households. It is a bit of a pain to invite a guest to visit, as I must first add them to an access group for my land. But I finally have privacy!

Prims don't exist. LOL Even if you could prevent the camera angle (which you can't) all someone has to do is to go to Debug -> Client -> Rendering -> Disable Volume Rendering (or something like that, not sitting in front of SL now). All prims disappear including walls, hair, skirts, furniture, whatevs. =^.^=
Assume that anyone within 512m can see you if they have camera constraints turned off. Best you can do is to turn on "show look" in Debug (forget where) and look for peeping crosshairs. Even then it only slows where the camera is targeted not what it's looking at. Like if someone targets yer wall, then altcams around to look at you, the crosshairs will be on the wall, not you, even tho they're looking at you.
Edit: And Torley confirms you can edit yer settings.xml file to manually boost draw distance to 1024 or 2048 if yer system is fast enuf, even tho it's not possible thru the prefs screen...so assume anyone within 2km can see you. xD
