Getting rid of others objects on my land

Someone placed an object which is partly over my land, partly over someone elses land, and partly over linden land. I cannot seem to get rid of this object, I cant see it in the "objects" menu, and I cannot edit it either.
Is there some other way to get rid of this, or is this some kinda bug?

The object is considered to be on whatever land its center is directly over. It sounds like the object you're talking about is not actually on your land, just overhanging a bit. This happens all the time.

The best solution is to contact the object's owner and ask him or her to move it. Most land owners are pretty friendly about that sort of thing. If it doesn't belong to the land owner, and you don't get a response from the object owner or the land owner, ask a Linden to move it.

If you can't get the property owner or object owner to move it, or you can't get ahold of them, then abuse report it and post a request for a linden's help on the land management forum.
