Private Tutor Wanted

I'm looking for a paid, personal tutor to work with myself and another individual for a few hours a day for about a week give or take. Both of us have the basics down, but now we want/need to move to the next level and master techniques of the pros and learn to produce quality builds pretty quickly.

Wow, do people even offer build-tutoring services in SL?


You don't say exactly how basic your building skills are, but one thing you will definitely need to get anywhere with fancy builds is a good painting/photo-editing program that supports masks and transparency. Windows Paint is not going to work.

Prims are so preciously limited in SL that expert builders usually resort to making their own custom-designed textures to fake the effects of using multiple prims. Being a good builder can also mean being a good texture designer, and knowing how to use all the features of your paint/photo program (masks, layers, cloning, etc).
