i tried searching before posting but, couldn't find information on it.
i want to build a car that has
-an hud (that can control headlights and interior lights)
-amount of smoke from exhaust pipes color of smoke as well
and other stuff
i would also like to open and close doors trunk and hood
is there something on slexchange. any ideas?
any help would be much appreciated. thank you.

if you're looking to buy one try products wawnted, or maybe get suggests on places that sell cars in resident answers, if you're looking to build a working one yourself, you'll want to post in scripting tips for things like doord scripts and hud controls.

Scripting for the HUD and smoke particle system, texturing for the smoke texture and hud textures. Maybe building for placement of HUD parts, but thats about it. Particle systems and HUDs are run almost purely by scripts and have very little visible really compared to the 'unseen' From: someone

Building for making the separate doors, trunk, hood, etc, scripting for the opening bit. Maybe texturing again, for how to make proper textures for each part, tough.. well.. you could just prim it. From: someone

If you're looking to BUY this, already made, products wanted is your best bet, or just try searching SLX or Onrez yourself. Someone is bound to have done it by now If you're looking to MAKE it.. then you're probably not going to find techniques in a market From: someone
