How many square meters of floor space in an average SL house

I know this is an odd ball question. But I am making some prefab flooring sections for existing houses. I need a rough guess on how many 10x10 panels would be needed to floor an average SL house.

Anybody want to take a stab at that?

Assumptions: modal parcel size is 512m^2, parcels must be multiples of 4m per side, parcels thus will not be square, but are likely rectangular as partitioning is easier. So, of the possible lengths of one side of the rectangle {4, 8, 12, 16, 20} two are not factors of 512, and 4 and 8 are absurdly narrow. Therefore, the modal parcel is 16m by 32m. If walls are not built to the parcel lines, the typical foot print of a house should be contained in 10x30, which yields three 10x10 prims, and that fourth prim would "matter" out of 117 total.

Note the preceeding was completely untainted by any actual data (okay, I know two players who have 512m parcels and they are 16x32m).

Man why does my head hurt everytime I read your posts :)? Now does that take into account multi-story homes? How many floors are in an average SL home? Wait - and have we subtracted landscaping area? How big is an average SL yard (not including the house)? If they have a doghouse, that does count toward yard sq. meters but not house sq. meters (assuming it is used for a dog and not something bizzare - in which case reverse those last two). If they have a basement (assuming it is finished), that does count toward total sq. meters. If they have a hidden yiff room... well, let's not go there.

So long as I'm pulling numbers out of my a posteriori, with 117 prims the modal house has one floor.

This is even less reliable guesswork than my prior post (but is completely supported by my dataset (n = 2).

Because of careful insertion of subliminal subtexts learned at the knee of Robert Anton Wilson.

The majority of terrans were six-legged. Listen: Billy Pilgrim has come unstuck in time. Speaking of time, it was the best of times, it was the worst of times.

Remember that if you don't care about floor thickness, you can use 15x10 prim floors with Z of 0.01 and top shear of 0.5 for one coordinate.
