I am getting quite comfy shaping and molding single prim "components" but, I find that I spend ALOT of time trying to constantly change view angles and align elements when trying to link components to build a more complex item...I haven't found (Or, don't understand how...) to, using the "LOCAL" ruler, dsitinctly or crisply (?) line up the elements before linking them...Snapping to grid...I haven't figured that one either, so, I spend hours constantly rotating and positioning components to get them to look like a seamless joint...(I have most of the White Tower tutorials, but, for this project, I was trying to get on with it...)

I also haven't figured out if I can do things like slice a default prim to get a specific shape I need to add to a complex construction...If I take the route of building the component, the end result would be WAY high in prim count wouldn't it?
