im looking for someone that can make a cave/lair for a Dragon the plot is on a privet sim the lair is on a 9k sqm plot i wont the lair to be very detailed if aneyone is intrested in it IM me or reply TY

I'd recommend posting this in the Employment Ops forum. If you want advice on how to build such a structure yourself, then the Building forum would be the place, but since you're looking to hire someone else to build it for you, Employment Ops is where you want to be.

So you know, the educational forums here are generally frequented by those interested in learning, and by those who enjoy teaching. The classifieds forums, which is where Employment Ops is, attracts people looking for work, people who want to hire people, and people who want to buy and sell things. I have contacted Crawler, have shown him caves that I have built, have checked out his parcel, and I am giving him a bid on his project.

Bids are still open. It is by no means certain that he will accept my bid. I'm just posting to indicate that he did get help.

Chosen is right though - This would have been better placed in the Employment Ops section. Though in that case, I might not have seen it, since I don't read that forum very often myself.

I was roped into doing a custom animation for this guy. After 1st "tweaking" meeting, I never heard from him again, but he off with test animation. Careful with this one!
