I once saw a movie... where Philip and a guy (I think it was one of the ones that can ”edit”. or behind it....-)) showed things that was possible in SL.. The guy made a circle out of brick by a step and repeat - something... the many bricks lined up perfectly around a middle object... How do you do that by using edit and build.. ?? For example place a ball in the middle and let ma jong brick line up - with air between them around the ball (in the middle).. ?????? Please some... Tina/feed up on Easter food and candy... need to use her body by heavy working to not get fat in SL  )

It's the undo trick.
1) create 2 prims about 5m from each other, they should have the same height 2) select them both 3) shift-drag to create a copy. now what many people don't know is that you drag the original and a new copy is rezzed it its old place 4) hit ctrl-z to undo the move of the original pair 5) hold ctrl and rotate around the blue/z axis 6) repeat from step 3
You'll notice that you can use the grid to make them align nicely
