Does anybody know what to write in a script so that you can animate it? I do not know what to write in the script to animate it like sitting. When I open script there are these bunch of letter and characters making no sence. What do you have to write to make it an animation or whatever it is?

that is the script :)

it boils down to (lets say) a movie script...

CODE

scene_one
{
scene opens
{
Jane is listening for Bob to call
}

Jane hears Bob's call
{
Jane Shouts "yippie!"
}
}

but since computers are dumb, and require exact instructions, they use their own jargon, in SL is called Linden Scripting Language (LSL)
CODE

default //Scene One
{
state_entry() // opening scene
{
llListen(0,Bob,NULL_KEY, "");
}

listen(integer channel, string name, key id, string message)
{
llShout(0, "yippie!");
}
}

if your interested on the basic workings of LSL its fairly ez to pick up, try some of the basic scripting classes, check out the tutorials on the wiki, and inworld

also look at the scripting library and boxes of free scripts for reference :)
