hi, i don't know why my scupt map give me this problem on the eyes of the head'statue, any ideas? thanx

Looks like when you made it, you moved most of it over, but left a vertex or two over where that point is going.
That, and lossless uploading *should* make those pointy bits invisible, but that still doesn't solve the larger problem of misplaced vertices.
Open up the sculpt in whatever program you made it in (Assuming it's some sort of modeler) and go into vertex mode. Then, look around about where those points are going in SL, and you should find a vertex or a few. Just drag these into the body of the sculpt and it should aesthetically fix the problem, but I'm unsure where they should technically be, so you might still have an oddity if you pay close attention.
ETA:: Just judging by position and whatnot, it looks like that is where the backs of your eyes are connected to, and then you moved all but that up and to the left (Looking at it from this angle), but left that there.

you have black pixels in your sculptmap, looks like the eyes or another hole in yourprojection, you must color them like the surrounding pixels.

Which converter did you use?. It looks to me like you've fed it a 32x32 object instead of a 32x33 object.
