I have a flexable cloak, by applying a force I can get it to hang as I want it to.. When I turn around, the force has remained in the same direction and the cloak is pushed in the wrong direction. How do I get the force direction to turn with the cloak.

As far as I've been able to tell, the force direction is always relative to the world axis, so there's no way to "turn" the force to remain aligned with the cape's local axis. That would be a great feature though.
