Was wondering if anyone knows a quick easy way to transfer builds on a full sim build to the owner of the sim?
Or is the only way around it to link things and sell off piece by piece??
any information would be greatly appreciated.

That's the only way I can think of. Make sure you set to original, and allow mod, copy if you want the owner to be able to change textures etc.

Lex Neva's Rez-Faux might be a good option, it allows the owner to save a back up copy too, Check it out
