trying to do a partner build and permisions keep changing

I get pile of prims textured stacked shaped from person A. I get it, it's set to full permisions no restrictions. I add a bunch of scripts which I've carefully checked full permisions on each one.
Also I've added a few textures to it that are set to full permisions no restrictions. I pass it back to person A, It's still fine full permisions person A can still do anything they want with it. Then person A adjusts a prim shape and takes it back into inventory. Now it suddenly becomes no mod no copy in person A's inventory. Why is that?

figured it out there was a script in it that didn't have the permisions set right oops found it by making a copy and pulling it apart piece by piece and checking each and every script and texture
