Building Problem

Hello,
I got a building done for me, while attempting to change the exterior to a more pleasant colour I noticed that certain sections will not allow me to modify them even though I am the owner, on the General tab it states 'You cannot modify this object'
Any ideas of what I need to do?? building looks a bit patch at the moment

The builder you hired didn't transfer the pieces over with the correct permissions for you.

If he has a backup, he'll have to give you the pieces you need, and give them the right perms.

Otherwise he or you will have to delete the pieces and build them again.
