Looking for someone to build an AV

Hi!
I am looking for a builder who could build me an robot av.
But some bulky thing, but mroe somethign graceful and lithe. Maybe akin to the robots in the 'I, Robot' movie with Will smith, but 'female'.

Would that be possible?
Is there anyone out there who could do it?

And what would it cost me?

that looks very nice but I would like to have something made out of prims than a skin so it does not have to follow human proportions for legs etc.

Something that maybe even looks a bit fragile, just like the robots in I, Robot

I've almost finished my plans for a Cylon av, which I'll have available for sale shortly (assuming I can ever log in again). I Robot would certainly be doable as well. I'll add it to my to-do list. I've got way too much on my plate right now as it is.

As I keep saying, so many projects, so few Orion slave girls. Woe is me.

Anyway, the products section of SciFiGeeks.net will be open soon. Keep checking it for an anouncement. Sorry, but it's unlikely I'll remember to contact you when the av is ready. There's only about a million people waiting for SOMETHING.

Also, if you want it customized, sorry, but you might be on your own. If I do it, it will be a stock robot just like the thousands that are in the movie. I got out of the custom biz a year ago. Way too time consuming.

Awww... I don't know about the going rate for avs, but no custom, not even for 5000$L ? (Or if that is not much for an av, a sum that would be quite a lot for one? )

Hmm, my business has always focused exclusively on non-humanoid robots.

I'm thinking your best bet is to contact folks who do furry work. The really creative furry designers do wild things with primitives. Taking on a project like this might be a fun departure for them.
