Hi,
Is there any way of changing the amount of time a temporary object exists for, maybe via a script or something? I'd like to make one which is there for about 10 minutes.
thanks

As far as I know temporary prims are called temporary because they derez before they are are applied against the prim count and are continually replaced. If you try to make them rez for longer than that amount of time they are counted and thus no longer 'temporary'.

You can try llSetPrimitiveParams to disable PRIM_TEMP_ON_REZ every 30 sec. and enable it again, do this a few times and your Object should stay longer. Be careful with PRIM_TEMP_ON_REZ... its evil.

ok, I solved it by putting a script in the object which deletes it after 10 mins.
