Does anyone know of a way, perhaps through a script, to make a normal prim follow the trailing end of a flexi prim? What I mean by this, is that on a long flexi prim, you have one end that stays in place, and another end that moves about freely when the whole prim moves. Is there a way to make a normal prim follow the movement of the freely moveing end of the flexi prim.
What Im trying to do is to create a flexable cowtail for my AV (a minotaur) but since cow tails have a tuft of hair at the end, creating a flexable tail doesnt seem to work.

I'm afraid the answer here is no (although power to anyone who can prove me wrong or finds a solution outwith my view of the problem). The issue is that flexi prims are a client-side effect and therefore the end of the flexi can be in a different position for each user observing it. Following on from that the simulator (Region) you are in has no concept of the position of the end of the prim except where it would be should flexi be turned off, i.e. it's non-flexi position. However, if you take a look at beatfox's tail /278/f9/109999/1.html you'll see that it is made up of three seperate flexi prims, follow down that thread and you may find a solution to your cow's tail where it mentions that flexi prims of equal length and identical flexi settings will follow the same path.
