I'm looking for any tutorials on how to make men shoes and is there any tutorials on how to make some flip flops?
all I found when I did searches was women shoes

Most of the flip-Flops I've seen are basic SL type shoes, just a texture map on the foot. Mens shows are made the same as womens... Write a book on mens shoes and sell it in SL...

The best mens flip-flops out on the grid at the moment are sculpted from a store called DETOUR. -- There may not be a main tutorial for mens shoe making but there are alot of kits out there for sculpted pre-made un-textured shoes. You can download a free 3D program like Blender if you havent already and get acquainetd so you can make some unique sculpted 3D shoes.
