i have created a proposal to allow builders to cut along a second axis, perpendicular to the first. i think this could help us a lot with building things, especially buildings. the ability to cut along two axes would let us make corners with one prim instead of three. plus, we could make rounded corners by cutting a sphere. starting to get the picture? come help out and vote on this proposal please.

woops, forgot to mention that the proposal number for this is 2170.

For the rounded corners you're looking for, you can take your sphere, dimple one end to .5, and then cut .25 start and .50 end.

Btw, if you dimple a prim as a sphere and switch it back to a box, it retains the dimple, even though there's no dimple control on the box prim's vaues (twist begin end, taper, etc.)

Hope that helps.
