Logistical problem - Making an avi move with a rotating stage

I've designed a concert pavilion in the center of which is a rotating tabletop for musicians to sit on and surrounded by couches..an "in the round" format. However, I've come across a logistical problem: How to make an avatar move with the tabletop. (The avatar must be able to use it's instrument or microphone AO to simulate performing.)

+I've thought about linking an AO stool made for performers to the tabletop, but permission limitations (the script inside is no mod) preclude the ability to link such an item (and I'm not good at making my own ao..poses are hard enough..lol)
+A prim with a simple stand script linked to the table (which in theory should allow the avatar to rotate with it) will then interfere with the avatar's instrument AO..

I guess I'm off to plan B..doing away with the "in the round" concept?

Thanks for any help and if I come up with a solution in the meantime, I'll post it :)

OK I've found a solution. :)

Linked a full perm "stand" pose ball to the revolving tabletop to make the avatar think it's attached and rotate with the table. Then, the avatar wears the instrument and the instrument's AO overrides the stand but the linked stand still makes the avatar move with the table top :)

Sometimes you just need to talk it out. LOL
