i would imagine you make several prims, and a waist bit. build them around you on a posing stand, hook them together and vualla....
i cant think of much else besides, you might want to utilise a clothing layer underneith incase the prims go through (you don't want your fanny showing)
also tweek with the values...
i've seem some dresses that look redicules because they're so soft...
